We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to lead and inspire teams while delivering exceptional results for our clients. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to clients, provide expert counsel, and ensure success across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead 2 account teams, ensuring day-to-day client needs are met with excellence.
  • Participate in strategy and kick-off meetings, ensuring a seamless start for new client relationships.
  • Develop and oversee media outreach strategies, guiding team members through successful pitching efforts.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends, competitive strategies, and launch timing.
  • Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and keep a pulse on industry trends relevant to client success.
  • Set weekly goals for teams and mentor junior team members to foster their growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management on agency-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of PR agency experience, with proven leadership and team management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative while adapting to direction.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced expertise with Muck Rack and media pitching.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to attend in-person client meetings and events when needed.

Please note: This is a remote position with occasional travel required, so being based in Central Florida is a must.
